I was sure this was a joke, at first, sort of like that funny Homeopathic A&E (ER in the US). The very thought of rushing to apply some homeopathic quackery in an emergency situation—or ever—is enough to provoke a laugh. I'd almost get a copy just to have it sitting around the office, as a gag. But not at that price.
